Tom from Charlottefield has opened a record shop!
Thomas House, formerly of Charlottefield, has opened a record shop in Brighton called - Endless Records. Tom has been involved in countless musical projects over the years, as well as contributing to recordings, live events, and now turns his hand to selling records too.
Tom says, "We're stocking punk, garage, psych, folk, metal, house, techno, noise, experimental... Our aim is to supply quality vinyl from as many corners of the underground as we can reach. We've got a nice listening deck... We sell tickets for shows in Brighton, tapes what folks bring in, and we'll soon be stocking DCW Briggs' much anticipated "Black Airplane" comic."
Independent record shops are close to our heart at FatCat, because although we're a label, our origins were as a small, independent record shop. We understand how difficult it can be at times to be an independent label or store, and we like to encourage people to support independent retailers wherever possible. We wish Tom lots of luck with this venture, and look forward to Endless Records becoming a firm fixture in Brighton's independent music scene!
