Max Richter Featured On Two Chiller Cabinet Mixes

In advance of his brilliant new album - 24 Postcards In Full Colour, which has been rescheduled for an August 25th release, pianist / composer Max Richter is celebrated as a feature artist on two great new two hour mixes by The Chiller Cabinet, which can be heard this week on Chill - an online digital radio station. The Chiller Cabinet mixes are aired every Saturday and Sunday from 12 midnight - 2 am, and are repeated Tuesday and Thursday at 10pm - Midnight.

Gregory & the Hawk sign to FatCat

Brooklyn-based Gregory and the Hawk will release their FatCat debut album Moenie and Kitchi on October 7th in North America and October 13th in the UK and Europe. Driven by Meredith Godreau’s beguiling and beautiful voice, and filled with a mix of bedroom acoustic guitar, lush instrumentation and sonic experimentation, the album was recorded together with Mice Parade's Adam Pierce in his upstate NY studio.

We found Gregory and the Hawk by accident. We were having some pints at Southpaw in Brooklyn when the band came on stage and Meredith began to sing, instantly stunning everyone in the room. She was in the studio a month later, beginning work on what has become a truly complete and heartfelt piece of work.
